Chelsea Construction (Chelsea) grew out of the need for a construction company in the 1000-acre Willow Lake development in Warner Robins, GA in 1990. Initially, Chelsea pursued residential development and construction. Since then, Chelsea has expanded its scope to Insurance Restoration. In September of 2006, Rory O’Brien became the new owner and continues the proud tradition of Chelsea Construction.
